This page says which companies stand behind this website, who supervises them in each territory, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Who supervises us
Insurance is supervised separately in each territory where we have offices. The authority for your policy is the one in the territory where the policy was issued.
- Guyana: Bank of Guyana, Insurance Supervision. bankofguyana.org.gy
- Grenada: Grenada Authority for the Regulation of Financial Institutions (GARFIN). garfingrenada.org
- Saint Lucia: Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA). fsrastlucia.org
- Saint Vincent and the Grenadines: Financial Services Authority (FSA). svgfsa.com
The page for each territory on this website names the same authority alongside the local offices.
Annual reports and governance
The Society publishes an annual report with audited financial statements each year. The reports are on the Annual reports page under About, and the Board, its committees and the quality policy are described on the Board and Governance pages.
Products and territories
Plans, premiums and currencies differ between territories, and not every plan is sold in every territory. This website shows the plans for the territory you choose. The terms of any policy are the ones in the policy document issued to you.
If you have a complaint
Tell us first, so we can put it right. Use the Make a complaint form on the Contact page, visit or call the office that holds your policy, or write to [email protected]. Give your name, your policy number if you have one, and what happened. We give every complaint sent through the website a reference number and pass it to the office responsible.
If you are not satisfied with our final answer, you can take the complaint to the insurance supervisor in the territory where your policy was issued, listed above.

How this website handles personal data is set out in the Privacy notice, which also explains how to make a request to our Data Protection Lead.
