Members

Reports to the annual general meeting

The financial statements and the reports of the directors and auditors are laid before members at the annual general meeting each year, and printed copies are available at the administrative offices in Guyana, Grenada, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The notice of the meeting is published in the newspapers at least seven days beforehand.
