We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We build and test it against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What you can do on this site
- Reach every link, menu, form field and button with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline showing where you are.
- Use a screen reader. Pages have one main heading, headings in order, labelled form fields, and error messages tied to the field they describe.
- Use the site on a phone, or zoomed in on a computer, without scrolling sideways.
- Read text and use controls that meet AA colour contrast.
- Turn off movement. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site stops its animations, and the moving row of offices on the home page has a pause button.
- Close the mobile menu with the Escape key, and open and close FAQ answers from the keyboard.
How we test
We last reviewed the site in September 2026. Every page template was checked at desktop and phone widths with keyboard-only use, a screen reader's view of the page structure, automated contrast and markup checks, and reduced-motion settings.
Parts that are not fully accessible
- Forms and documents to download. Many of the PDF forms were made for printing and are not tagged for screen readers, and the health claim form is a scanned image. Any office can go through a form with you by phone or in person, or send it in another format.
- Maps. Office pages can show a Google Maps view, which is not fully usable by keyboard. The address, phone number, opening hours and a Get directions link are given as text on the same page.
- The Page not found screen does not yet announce its heading and language to screen readers in the same way as other pages. The links on it work normally.
